CruisePortIQ is a mobile app published by CruiseNonstop, designed to help cruise travelers explore and plan ports of call worldwide.
If you created an account in the CruisePortIQ mobile app and would like your account and all associated data (such as saved ports or preferences) to be permanently deleted, you can do this easily, within the app itself.
Simply go to the Profile Screen in the app – scroll down until you see the Delete Account button – tap the button and once you confirm you want to go ahead ALL data in the app and on our backend servers will be permanently deleted.
What Will Be Deleted
- Your email address (used for login)
- Any saved ports or favorite locations
- Any offline data associated with your account
Data We May Retain (if applicable)
- Basic log information (e.g. purchase receipts) may be retained for legal or billing purposes, in line with our privacy policy.
